Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
- Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our marine electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Exceptions: See non-returnable items below
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Audio Accessories (earbuds, headphones)
- Custom-configured Cables & Connectors
- Software or digital downloads
- Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include product name, order number, and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. Specify the replacement product you desire. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective marine equipment (such as AIS Systems, Fish Finders, or Autopilots), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
