Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some specialized marine equipment may have different requirements (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Audio Accessories (earbuds, headphones)
- Custom-configured Cables & Connectors
- Software or digital downloads
- Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. Specify the replacement product you desire. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective marine instrument (such as AIS Systems, Fish Finders, or Autopilots), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
